⚑Featured Tasks (Raid-Style)

Featured tasks allow you to highlight important activities and set community-wide goals for task completion.

Best in combination with Quick Task

Featured tasks are regular tasks that have a target completion goal attached to them (default: 500 completions). They help your community focus on specific activities and track progress toward shared objectives.

  1. Access the task management interface using the /task command in your group

  2. Create a new task or select an existing one to edit

  3. In the task configuration menu, find and toggle the "⚑ Feature Task: Off" button to turn it "On"

  4. This automatically sets a default target of 500 completions

  5. The task will now display with its progress toward the target

  • Highlight priorities: Direct your community's attention to the most important activities

  • Create community goals: Build a sense of shared purpose around completing targets

  • Track engagement: Easily see how many members are participating in key tasks

  • Drive timely actions: Perfect for time-sensitive campaigns or limited opportunities

Strategic Uses

  • Feature an important partnership task to drive engagement

  • Highlight a token-holding task before major announcements

  • Create excitement around community milestones or upcoming events

  • Encourage participation in contests or special campaigns

Best Practices for Tasks

  • Use quick tasks for immediate needs and featured tasks for key initiatives

  • Combine both approaches: create a quick task and then feature it for maximum impact

  • Feature only 1-2 tasks at a time to maintain focus

  • Set realistic targets based on your community size

  • Mention featured tasks in your announcements to increase visibility

  • Consider offering special rewards for tasks that meet their featured target

  • Update featured tasks regularly to keep community engagement fresh
