πŸ†Reward Leaderboard

Leaderboard & Rewards

Leaderboards are an excellent way to drive engagement within your community. Our bot allows you to track user activity, display rankings, and reward top participants, creating a competitive and rewarding environment.

Viewing the Leaderboard

Community members can see the current leaderboard by using the /leaderboard command in your group chat. This shows:

  • Top participants ranked by their XP (experience points)

  • Each user's current position and XP total

  • A customizable banner representing your community

Leaderboards can be viewed for different timeframes:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • All-time

Rewarding Top Participants

As a community admin, you can distribute rewards to your most active members based on their leaderboard performance:

  1. Navigate to the admin panel and select "Manage Leaderboard" > "Reward Top Participants"

  2. Choose the timeframe (daily, weekly, monthly, all-time)

  3. Select your reward method:

    • Position-based (top X users)

    • XP threshold-based (users with more than X points)

    • Custom range (positions X-Y or XP between X-Y)

  4. Configure your reward message with:

    • Custom text with variables like {name}, {xp}, {airdrop value}

    • Optional media (image or video)

    • Up to 2 action buttons with custom text and URLs

  5. Set reward amounts for each tier

  6. Preview your reward and confirm distribution

The system automatically handles token distribution to eligible wallets, creating a seamless rewarding experience.

Managing the Leaderboard

For optimal community management, admins can moderate the leaderboard:

  1. Navigate to "Manage Leaderboard" > "Block/Unblock Users"

  2. View a list of currently blocked users

  3. Block additional users by entering their Telegram IDs

  4. Unblock users individually or in batches

This feature is particularly useful for preventing spam or maintaining community standards.

Setting Up Reward Tiers

Create multiple reward tiers to recognize different levels of contribution:

  1. Position-based tiers:

    • Top 3: Premium reward

    • Positions 4-10: Standard reward

    • Positions 11-20: Basic reward

  2. XP-based tiers:

    • 500+ XP: Premium reward

    • 200-499 XP: Standard reward

    • 100-199 XP: Basic reward

Each tier can have different token amounts, creating an incentive structure that rewards higher engagement.

Best Practices

  • Regular Rewards: Schedule weekly or monthly rewards to maintain consistent engagement

  • Transparent Criteria: Communicate clearly how XP is earned and rewards are distributed

  • Varied Recognition: Mix monetary rewards with special roles or privileges

  • Community Highlights: Feature top performers in community announcements

  • Seasonal Campaigns: Create special leaderboard challenges for holidays or project milestones
